Install SecoAir system™ if your inside walls are going to be stripped because of mold, flooding, etc.

Install SecoAir system™ to make sure moisture does not accumulate in a dead space.

How much does the SecoAir system™ cost?
SecoAir System™ is a premium product that improves the quality of your living space. Fully installed, it will add about 30 - 40% to the cost of finishing your basement. However, the cost is recovered over time because of the increased energy efficiency compared to traditional insulation methods.
What is the install time?
The installation on most homes will take 3-5 days

The insulation has a lifetime guarantee; the air handler is 3 years.
Is the system approved?
Yes, the system complies with building and fire codes.
Do I lose living space?
The air handler unit requires a small space. However, your interior walls will sit about 3 inches closer to the concrete wall. Therefore, you are more likely to gain living space.
What are the operating costs for the unit?
The air handling unit runs on electrical power. At the end of the year, the hydro consumption will be similar to a fridge.
What is the Insulation Value?
The standard SecoAir System™ provides an insulation value of approximately R-20.
Can I use the SecoAir system™ in concert with the SecoAir system™ for Crawl spaces?
